Our proven step by step process
1. Inspection -
Before starting to clean your carpet, we will check the type, condition and problem areas, which will enable to select the correct chemicals to ensure the best result.
2.
Vacuum and Pile Lift - Carpets are thoroughly vacuumed to remove dirt and deeply embedded dust whilst lifting the pile of your carpet ready for our pre-spray.
3. Pre-Spray - A mixture of chemicals compatible with your carpet type will then be applied to target stains and problem areas.
4. Agitation - Our specialist equipment will be used to work the chemical formula deep into the carpet reaching areas a vacuum can't resulting in dirt build ups. This will also start the breakdown of tough to clean stains.
5. Hot Water Extraction -The final stage of the procedure is to use our advance technology, high powered, twin-vacuum, hot water extraction machine to remove all dirt and stains from there carpet. Carpets are left hygienic and chemical free, and will be completely dry in not time.
We cover all of the West Midlands and Warwickshire and Carter for both domestic and commercial customers.
Please note, areas of carpet which endure more traffic will be subject to wear and tear more quickly than in other parts of the room. Our process will clean the dirt and remove 99% stains, however it will not restore worn carpet carpet to new.
